INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fine almond flour
2 tbsp powdered Swerve
1/4 cup milk of choice (I use fairlife)
1 large egg
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
^^ makes 4 muffins - I TRIPLE THIS RECIPE and fill a 12 muffin pan!
Fill the muffin cups 1/2 way with batter
Add blueberries, raspberries, SF chocolate chips, or any other keto friendly choice.
Cover with remaining batter and sprinkle your “bonus ingredient of choice” on the top.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
