Keto Coconut Macaroons


INGREDIENTS:

3 egg whites @ room temperature.

2 cups shredded coconut

1/3 cup Sweetner


DIRECTONS:

Preheat oven to 320 F ( 160 C) Line cookie sheet with Parchment paper.

Put egg whites into large bowl.

Whip egg whitess with hand mixer until they have stiff peaks.

Carefully fold in coconut and sweetner. do not over mix.

Take 1 tbsp and shape into ball. place 1/2" apart.

Bake 17-20 min until golden brown.
